Just a short distance to boutique Oneroa town, tucked away on a quiet street, you will find Ted's Cottage.

This modern holiday house is nestled amongst the trees in a way that provides for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Picture yourself gazing through the forest from the deck, while friends and family unwind cooking dinner on the BBQ. 

With four bedrooms, three separate lounge areas, and three bathrooms, this home can comfortably accommodate two families or a group of friends. 

This fully self-contained property is well appointed with off street parking, BBQ,  Free View TV with Netflix, modern kitchen, heat pumps on both levels, under floor heating in main bathrooms, WI-Fi and enhanced Vodafone coverage.

With white washed floors and light interior design, this property offers the opportunity to unwind the moment you step inside. 

Set on two levels, the upper level consists of the main entrance and deck area, and enjoys a modern kitchen, open plan lounge area, separate TV area, bathroom, and master bedroom with en-suite. 

On the lower level you will find a second entertainment area and TV, along with two bunk rooms, a double bedroom, bathroom and full laundry.Both levels include heat pumps providing warmth during winter and cooling during summer.

This property provides all of the essentials, from multiple living spaces, to central location. Come and allow Ted's Cottage to recharge your batteries.

Please note that a 7-night minimum stay is required from the 20th Dec to the 10th January, a 3-night minimum stay for long weekends and 2-night minimum stay at all other times. One night bookings can be accommodated, during the 2 night minimum stay periods, at a 50% loading on the nightly rate (please inquire with the office).

“We LOVED this place. It's a big 4 bedroom home with loads of different spaces both outside and inside. We were there for a weekend work retreat and it was a great place to both work and enjoy time together. The amenities are good, everything you need. A 10 minute walk to the nearest beach. Not too far away from the ferry, shops and wineries to get a reasonably priced taxi. Good communication and easy access to the house. Would definitely stay again.”

We taxied everywhere at a very reasonable rate, no need to get a rental car.
